When owners Barry and Ros Roper decided to renovate, their primary goal was to achieve open spaces that took advantage of their beautiful water views.

Located by the serene canals of Scarborough, their newly refurbished abode showcases a fine selection of Kennedy's recycled bridge timbers.

Designed by local Architect Peter Flannigan and Associates, and built by Turnbull Constructions, the finished product is undeniably impressive.

The stunning bridge timbers, evaluated and tested by Kennedy's expert staff, have been granted a second lease on life within this beautiful peninsula home.
