Against the Grain on your iPad / iPhone

  1. If you already have other books, magazines, or PDF files on your iPad/iPhone it's likely you already have the free iBooks app installed. If not, you will need to install it in order to transfer Against the Grain (ATG) onto your device. Download it here.
  2. Once you have iBooks installed, download the latest copy of ATG by clicking the icon to the right.
  3. Once you have downloaded ATG, launch iTunes and then click the Books library in the left column. Drag your copy of ATG into the iTunes window to add it to your library.
  4. Ensure your device is plugged into your computer and set to sync books. Do this by clicking on your iPad or iPhone icon under the 'DEVICES' heading in the left hand column of iTunes. Click on the 'Books' tab at the top of iTunes window and ensure that the 'Sync Books' option is ticked.
  5. Finally, to transfer ATG to your device simply click the 'Apply' button at the bottom right of the iTunes window.
  6. Once the sync is completed, open the iBooks app on your device. If ATG is not visible ensure you press the PDF option at the top of the app.
  7. Simply follow the same instructions above for installing back issues of ATG.
